As we are a city-based University parking spaces are limited, but all our accommodation is easily accessible by walking, cycling and public transport.
Parking spaces at University accommodation are limited, with priority given to students who have medical needs or require a car for professional course placements, such as nursing or primary education.
Only students living at the residence with an associated car park and who have accepted their room offer may apply for a parking permit. Spaces are available at:
Parking permits are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and must be booked and paid for in advance.
Only students who are living in a CCCU residence and have accepted their room offer are eligible to book a parking permit.
Parking is available for 39 weeks at a cost of £585.
Please note, a partial refund is only available for those who book the 39-week option. Successful applicants will need to pay a refundable £30 deposit to receive a parking key card or fob. Terms and conditions apply.
If you must bring a car with you and there are no spaces at your accommodation, check with Medway Council for parking options.
You are very welcome to bring your bike to the University. There is ample storage for bikes across all sites but they must not be stored anywhere inside your accommodation as they may form an obstruction in the event of an emergency situation. Please note the insurance we provide does not cover the loss or theft of bikes.
There is no parking for electric scooters and you are not allowed to charge these within the accommodation buildings.
