The Directorate of Student Resolution and Protection

This Directorate is responsible for four key areas across the University; Early Resolution and Case Handling; Student Investigations; Safeguarding including Prevent; and Compliance and Consumer Protection.

  • Early Resolution and Case Handling
    The Early Resolution and Case Handling team provide Policy, Procedural advice, guidance and training for Academic Appeals, Academic Misconduct, Student Complaints and Student Conduct.
  • Student Investigations
    The Student Investigations team oversees and undertakes formal investigations relating to Student Conduct and Student Complaints.

  • Safeguarding including Prevent
    The Directorate of Student Resolution and Student Protection oversees the development, implementation and monitoring of Safeguarding and its related policy and procedures.

  • Compliance and Consumer Protection
    Compliance and Consumer Protection is responsible for providing strategic leadership in ensuring the effective operation of compliance and consumer protection for the University including the Student Protection Plan.
