2024/25 Graduation Dates
- 17 and 18 September 2024 at Canterbury Cathedral
- 30 and 31 January 2025 at Canterbury Cathedral
- 7 February 2025 at Rochester Cathedral
- 27 and 28 March 2025 Award Ceremonies at Augustine House
Invites for September 2024 will be emailed on Wednesday 24 July 2024 and the closing date for RSVP will be Wednesday 7 August 2024 at midnight.
Key things to note
Reassessments:
- If you need to take a reassessment to complete your studies, and your course finishes in September 2024, you will likely be invited to the January 2025 ceremony, as decided by the Academic Board.
- In exceptional circumstances confirmed by the Assessment Team, if you complete your reassessment and your records show you have successfully finished your course by August 1, 2024, the Graduation Team will do their best to invite you to the September 2024 ceremony.
Ceremony Dates:
- All dates are provisional until you receive your official invitation via email, sent to both your personal and CCCU email addresses, about eight weeks before the event.
- The Graduation Team advises against making any accommodation or travel arrangements until you receive your official invitation.
- If you have requested to defer/postpone your ceremony, the Graduation Team will contact you with the new date.
Ceremony Times:
Ceremony times will be confirmed after the RSVP deadline. They are usually scheduled as follows:
- Canterbury Cathedral:
10.30 am and 2.30 pm should only two Ceremonies be necessary
9.45 am, 12.30 pm and 3.15 pm if three Ceremonies are needed
9.45 am, 12.30 pm, 3.15 pm and 7.30 pm if four Ceremonies are needed - Rochester Cathedral: 10am, 12.30pm and 3pm
- Award Ceremonies: 10.15am, 12.45pm and 3.15pm
