We want our graduations to be accessible to all our students and their guests.
If you require any special arrangements to enable you or guests to attend your Graduation/Award Ceremony, please tell us via MyRecord once you have booked your tickets. We must receive requests/information prior to the RSVP closing date.
The University works with a specialist company to ensure that guests and students requiring special arrangements receive tailored support in terms of gaining entrance to and navigating our venues on the day of the ceremony. All special arrangements will be confirmed and discussed with you by the Graduation Team and in consultation with the University’s Student Disability Services before the ceremony.
Please note guests that may require assistance in an evacuation are encouraged to make themselves known on arrival at at the venue.
If your arrangement changes or is no longer required please notify the Graduation Team as soon as possible via chat with the i-zone.
