The Graduation Team thanks you for your permission to process and store your personal data and use photographs from the day.
In order to arrange your event the Graduation Team will need to process and store personal data. Please refer to the Graduation Privacy Policy or chat with the i-zone for further information.
Marketing Terms
By giving us permission to take your picture/video on the day, you have given the University permission to upload your photograph to official Canterbury Christ Church University social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and/or TikTok. If you wish to withdraw your photograph/video from our sites, please email marketing-services@canterbury.ac.uk.
Photographs will not be used for marketing purposes, unless full permission has been agreed with the individuals photographed.
Copies of the photographs can be downloaded from University's graduation Facebook albums. Unfortunately, we are not able to send you the original copy of the photograph.
