Digital Experience Insights
In order to understand the needs and challenges faced by our students and staff when engaging with the digital environment at CCCU, we undertake the annual Digital Experience Insights (DEI) surveys. This is a sector-wide standard approach developed by Jisc to allow institutions to understand the experiences and opinions of our community regarding the digital technologies we provide, and how they are used for learning and teaching.
The student, staff and professional services DEI surveys usually run at the end of November through until Christmas, providing our staff and student community with the opportunity to inform the University of their experiences with our technology, allowing us to highlight the positive and improve the negative.
