In this masterclass, students will develop their understanding of Food Science and Nutrition working across the sciences.

In this one-hour masterclass with an academic and/or ambassadors, students will develop their understanding of the interdisciplinarity of Food Science and Nutrition working across the sciences including chemistry, biochemistry, and human physiology. Students will deepen their understanding of the breadth of career opportunities (e.g., in food laboratories, food safety and quality assurance, food processing and development), and develop their knowledge of what it is like to study Food Science and Nutrition at CCCU, including gaining an insight into some of the social and environment issues and challenges they may explore during their degree (e.g., food security and the analysis of biological data).
