Ways to reflect

Reflection can be formal or informal, private or for an audience, structured or free-form. There are many ways to produce a reflective piece.

Whatever format you choose, remember that to be reflective you need to consciously examine elements of an experience, ask questions that challenge assumptions, and aim to bring meaning to your understanding to inform future actions and behaviour.
