Academic poster design
First, consider how your poster will eventually be displayed. Is it to go on a website or to be exhibited at a seminar or will you deliver a speech, presenting it in person to an audience? One last check before you finalise your work:
- Proofread your text for spelling and grammatical errors.
- Check all your in-text citations and references are correct.
- Ensure you have provided the source/credit for any images you’ve used, including those that are your own.
You’re now ready to display your poster!
Remember, you must be able to upload your file to Turnitin for assessment so make sure you download your poster in a compatible format:
- download your poster as a flattened PDF
- make sure your file size is under 100MB (the maximum allowance)
- give your poster a meaningful and relevant title
