When you apply for an undergraduate course at CCCU, you'll be guaranteed accommodation in one of our university-owned student accommodation suites. This means that you won't have to worry about where to live for your first year of university as you'll be given a place in our accommodation.

Your contract is 39 weeks as standard, which means you don’t have to pay for living here if you return home or travel during the summer period. If you do want to remain in accommodation, extensions are available if you have kept all licence conditions and are still a full-time registered CCCU student.

What you need to know

Once you put CCCU as your first choice on your UCAS application, then you can apply for accommodation. 

The deadline for applying for student accommodation is 31 July. However, if you apply to us after this date, then we'll still offer you accommodation if there are rooms available. But if there isn't then don't worry. Our team will help you find somewhere in the city. 

Once you accept your unconditional firm offer to CCCU in July, then we'll send out your accommodation offer.
