Pier Quays is a purpose-built student accommodation at Medway, offering a supportive and social living environment close to campus.
Flats are arranged in clusters of five to eight bedrooms, each with a shared kitchen, dining area, and comfortable seating space. You’ll also have access to a convenient on-site card-operated laundrette, whilst day-to-day cleaning of communal spaces is arranged between you and your flatmates.
Every bedroom at Pier Quays is en-suite and designed to provide a comfortable and practical living space. Rooms include a 4ft (small double) bed, private bathroom, and either wired or Wi-Fi internet access. All utility bills and internet costs are included in your rent, so you can manage your budget with confidence.
For your safety and peace of mind, the accommodation has 24-hour security, secure swipe card access, and dedicated bike storage. Pier Quays is a smoke-free site. Whilst car parking is not available on site, local council permits can be applied for in nearby areas.
All eligible full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students at our Medway Campus are offered modern accommodation at Pier Quays, which is owned and managed by Unite Students. Your contract will be with them and you will pay rent direct to them. Unite Students is a member of the National Code for Student Accommodation.
Classic en-suite
39 weeks for £5,928 at £157 per week (from 14th September 2024 to 14th June 2025). Additional dates can be requested for earlier arrival or later departure, when applying, but will be chargeable.
If you choose to pay in instalments, an advanced rent payment of £250 will be required, which will be taken off the first instalment.
