Top Tips

  • All University-related email correspondence will be sent to your University email address, so it’s important that you check it regularly. You can also forward the emails to your personal account, so you don’t miss anything.
  • Check out the CCCU App Store - this is the quickest and easiest way to access all the software you might need for your course, including Microsoft Office, SPSS, NVivo and more.
  • We also provide a range of free productivity tools, apps and software to assist with your learning and ensure accessibility
  • Microsoft Teams is great for collaborative and group work. You can use it to send instant messages, share files, host meetings and more.
  • The OS (Operating System) for all student campus PC is Windows 11. Here is a useful overview of Windows 11 features.

Did you know?

You can reset your own password if you forget it. Use the “Forgotten my password” link on the login screen and follow the onscreen prompts. Please remember that your password needs to be 14 characters long (or more!) for any password you set.
