About Fit for Life

Our Fit for Life classes include a combination of low impact and aerobic exercise and are taught by one of our highly qualified instructors. If you are recovering from an illness, operation or have a pre-existing condition, please discuss this option with your GP.

When and Where?

Sessions are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 10:00am - 11:00am at Christ Church Sports Centre.

Try Something New

Develop your experience using state-of-art gym equipment to help improve mobility, stability and balance. Our classes will help attain both individual and group goals, and focus on key areas including stretching, core stability and resistance. A Fitness Coach will guide you throughout the session, adapting any exercise to suit your needs.
