Quality Manual

The Quality Manual sets out the University's quality assurance procedures.

The Quality Manual at Canterbury Christ Church University provides guidance on all aspects of quality assurance and enhancement, covering both academic and professional service departments. Each of the sections can be downloaded below. This version supersedes all previous editions.
