Why does my student finance show 'awaiting confirmation'?
Answer:
If your Student Finance England portal says "awaiting confirmation" after registration, this typically updates within 48 hours. As long as your registration is complete and your personal details match, your finance will be processed. Mismatched information (e.g. your names, date of birth, year of study and course, cohort, and location) could cause a delay in the processing of your payment. If it does not change one week after registration please contact the i-zone. Partner students MUST contact their partner institution.
