Share your story, culture and favourite Ramadan traditions.

Ramadan is a time of reflection, togetherness, and community, and what better way to celebrate than by sharing the rich diversity of our traditions? Whether it’s a special dish, a unique custom, or a personal experience, we would love to see your posters bring these stories to life.

Do you have a special dish that reminds you of home? A unique tradition your family follows during Ramadan? A personal story that makes this month meaningful to you? We’d love to see it.

What can you share?

• A visual journey through your Ramadan traditions
• a favourite dish and its story — why is it special?
• how Ramadan is celebrated in your culture or country
• a personal reflection on what Ramadan means to you.

Why get involved?

This is a great opportunity to connect with others, spark meaningful conversations, and celebrate the incredible diversity of our student community. Whether you observe Ramadan or simply want to learn and contribute, your voice matters.

How to take part:

• Create a poster that captures your story — be as creative as you like.
• Your poster will be displayed at the Iftar Gathering on Friday 21 March, Augustine Hall.
• Everyone is welcome to participate.
