The call to action footer is essentially a page’s sign-off. It allows us to provide any final contact or further browsing details that are relevant and we think a user should know about.

Overview

An example of a Call-to-action footer component

Creating or editing a CTA footer is similar to other full width content.

  • The Reference Title is how the image gallery is referenced in the backend of Contentsis and won’t be displayed
  • The ‘Title’ is what will be displayed on the front end of the website, so choose a relevant, concise title!
  • You can then add up to three link cards.

Our example looks like this in Contensis:

You can adjust the order of the call to action cards by dragging them or using the three dots on the right hand side of each link entry. You can also remove the entries by clicking on the thee dots and then 'Remove entry'.

To add a new entry, click on the ‘+ add more’ button. You can add up to three entries and it is recommended that you fill all three spaces when creating or editing a call to action footer.

You can edit an existing entry by clicking on the pencil icon.

Remember: A call to action footer can be added to multiple pages once it is created, but if you edit it in one place those edits will appear across the website. Similarly, if you edit an entry, it too will be changed across the website.
