We are located in the city centre, but on arrival you will notice how it feels we are away from the hustle and bustle.

There are 32 spaces available on site, as well as additional parking available, just a few minutes’ walk away.
Yes, we are licensed to hold ceremonies.
We are licensed to host weddings by Kent County Council as a registered venue.
We can provide ceremonies for up to 60 guests seated and can cater for more than this, if you're comfortable for some guests to stand.
We are able to hold ceremonies for up to 60 seated guests and can provide a wedding breakfast and reception in our fabulous grounds – (for parties over 32 guests marque, hire will be required).
Ceremonies are booked with the registry office and can take place from 8am-6pm.
Our ceremonies typically take place on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year with the exception of 15 December – 5 January when the venue is closed.
We will usually block the venue for two full days prior and two full days after the event to ensure there is enough time to set up your bespoke marquee and decorate it to your tastes, as well as give you the time to add any finishing touches to the venue.
We do work with some recommended suppliers, but these are recommendations only with the exception of our marquee and catering suppliers. We have three recommended catering suppliers to choose from that are able to cater to all couples' tastes.
We have worked hard on our recommended suppliers list, painstakingly researching local caterers who are great at what they do, source their produce locally, sustainably and responsibly, and each specialising in different cuisine.
With our suppliers there is not a dish we cannot create for couples, and all will be produced to the highest quality, at the most competitive price.
We are happy for guest to use confetti, but politely request they use biodegradable options where possible.
We politely request no open flames at events to ensure the safety of all guests.
We are licensed for both amplified music and live music until 11pm each day, and we are happy to have the music at a high volume suitable for the local community.
We do not permit fireworks at our venue to minimise disruption to the local community.
