Online Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in Clinical Neuropsychology

The Clinical Neuropsychology CPD courses are offered 100% online, are self-paced and self-directed, and are offered within set timeframes that you can view flexibly and manage your own schedule. Each course is non-credit bearing but can be used for increasing your knowledge and good practice, or for professional CPD. The courses are suitable for a wide range of psychology, health, social, case management, and law professionals, and range in complexity from basic entry level information aimed at enhancing clinical support staff’s knowledge to advanced level CPD courses suitable for professional working psychologists in all areas of specialism.

Clinical neuropsychology is the study of brain-behaviour relationships, the impact on cognitive, language, behavioural, social, and emotional functioning in the event of an acquired brain injury, a neurodevelopmental condition, or onset of a long-term neurological condition. Clinical neuropsychology involves specialist assessment relating to changes in the brain, utilises psychometric neuropsychological tests, and offers specialist neurorehabilitation, neuropsychotherapy, and/or consultation to teams and families to help support people with neurological conditions in their environments.

The courses are delivered in Microsoft Sway, an attractive, online, interactive platform that uses multi-media to deliver the course content.

There are three levels of CPD courses we offer, each with multiple topics to choose from with discounted pricing when purchasing packages of several courses. The levels of courses are:

  • CPD in Clinical Neuropsychology for Psychologists
  • One or Two-Day Courses in Intermediate-Level Clinical Neuropsychology
  • Half-Day Courses in Foundation-Level Clinical Neuropsychology.
