Students develop their knowledge of the challenges and opportunities faced by retailers in managing their online and high street presence.

In this two-hour masterclass with an academic and/or postgraduate ambassadors, students will develop their knowledge of the challenges and opportunities faced by retailers in managing their online and high street presence. With traditional “high street” stores starting to move online only in recent years, this has been exacerbated by the pandemic and rising costs. Through real-world examples students will critically examine how retailers develop their strategy and whether there is a strategic advantage to staying on the high street.
