In this focused two-hour workshop with an academic and/or ambassadors, students will develop their sound manipulation skills and sampling skills. Our Creative Music Production and Technology staff are musicians, music producers, creative technologists, songwriters, composers, and performers. Students will experience our purpose-built facilities, including professional-grade rehearsal, recording, and/or performance spaces.

For this session students will explore sound manipulation through computer-based musicmaking. They will experiment with live sampling and slicing techniques to create soundscapes and compositions using a diverse range of musical and non-musical sounds in a professional grade studio.
