In this workshop students develop their understanding of typical ethical issues in business and to consider decision-making processes/ethical theories.

In this interactive two-hour workshop with an academic and/or postgraduate ambassadors, students will develop their understanding of some of the ethical issues that may be encountered in business and examine a range of decision-making processes/ethical theories that can be used to establish the “best” way (effective and efficient) to resolve the challenges. Is the public face presented by business a true reflection of their work or are they too good to be true (i.e., the challenge of greenwashing). They will consider the impacts on both the business and society, as well as deepening their knowledge in investigating whether businesses and not-for-profit organisations prioritise different criteria in arriving at solutions.
