I am a Senior Lecturer in Management and Leadership

I joined the Business School in 2013 however I started working at the University in 2006.I am passionate about how people organise and lead themselves in organisations (regardless of their typology), how they make sense of what they do and how they can change and develop as individuals in roles, groups, organisations and communities. 

I teach at undergraduate level in Strategic Management and Organisational Change and Change Agent. I have been the Programme Director of the MBA "Leadership and Management in Healthcare and Education"

My scholarly activities involve consulting and advising people, organisations and communities how to be most effective.  

My interests include the role of system psychodynamics in university education, action research and complexity, and the process of change in the third sector.

I am member or the Council of Management of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations
