Adrian Holliday is Professor of Applied Linguistics & Intercultural Education in the Faculty of Education, where he is programme director for the PhD in Education. He is also programme director for the PhD in Applied Linguistics in the School of Language Studies & Applied Linguistics. He supervises PhD students in critical qualitative studies in the sociology and cultural politics of English language education and intercultural communication, where he has published widely.
