The BA (Hons) Business Studies top up programme has been developed to meet the needs of entry level managers in the running of their organisations, and facilitate their progression to higher level roles within the corporation. The programme seeks to develop a strategic mindset throughout the course, facilitating further application of the theory learned from Levels 4 and 5. The combination of the programme content and its continuous application by the students allows the learning outcomes of knowledge and application of the concepts to be achieved together with a critical, analytic approach in an international setting. The elements introduced are done so in order to allow students to develop their own strategic thinking and have the ability to apply them in various organisational settings
