All eligible students who are invited to graduate will receive an invitation via email (using the student’s personal and CCCU email address) approximately 8 weeks before the event. The student will have two weeks to RSVP to confirm their attendance and purchase their guest tickets.
Graduation dates and course allocation to events are published in May to give plenty of notice to all graduating students.
After the RSVP closing date, we determine how many ceremonies are required to accommodate the students and guests that RSVP’d and purchased their tickets during the RSVP period.
We appreciate their may be disappointment if you miss the closing date however, all students who missed the closing date for RSVP are offered a deferral/postponement, as the Graduation Office needs to offer a consistent and fair treatment to all students who are in a similar position.
