I no longer have access to my CCCU email account/account not active
Answer:

The official Graduation invitation is sent via email to your personal and CCCU email address approximately 8 weeks before the event. 

 

You can tell us via MyRecord if you would like to attend, defer/postpone your attendance to a future Ceremony, or if you do not plan to attend at all. 

 

If your CCCU computing account is still active, you can use your CCCU student username and password to log in to MyRecord via the 'Student and Staff Login' option. 

 

If your CCCU computing account is no longer active, you can access MyRecord via the 'Applicant Login' option. Your username can be either your student ID or the personal email address that we have for you; and if you can’t remember the password you used as an applicant, just click on the 'Forgotten your password?' button to get it re-set. 

 

If you are unable to log into your account, you must inform the i-zone, the student information service, during the RSVP period. Please provide your CCCU student ID number when you contact them.
