After you have been sent you final results email, you will be sent an email to your personal account with details on how to access your Transcript (HEAR) through one of our partner organisations, Gradintelligence (also referred to as Gradintel). This will be sent within 8 weeks of you receiving your final results. For this reason, it is important to ensure that you keep your contact details in MyRecord up-to-date, even after you have completed your studies.

If you are studying at one of our International Partnership organisations, you will not be sent your HEAR through GradIntel, but instead a hard copy will be sent directly to your institution. If you have any further questions on this, please contact your Partner Organisation directly.
Please note, it is not possible for a hard copy of your HEAR to be produced (excluding international partnership students mentioned above).
