- If you have queries relating to your reassessment, please contact your Partner institution directly. If your results still show as "results pending", this is where the Board of Examiners was unable to take a decision on one or more of your modules. The Board of Examiners will take a decision on these module(s) as soon as possible and your results will be updated. You will receive a new notification in the form of an email to your CCCU email account when this happens.
- If you have any further questions on "pending results" please contact your partner institution directly. i-zone is only able to help with the registration process once you have been sent your re-registration email. We can assist with logging in to register if you have been invited to do so, offer guidance on completing the re-registration process, or check your registration status (check if you are fully registered for the correct academic year) - but we cannot assist if you are not yet eligible to re-register or have results pending.
