How do I report or request a change in my academic circumstances?
Answer:

During your studies you may wish to request a change to your academic circumstances. It is very important that you advise us of any change to ensure that your formal student records are completely accurate.

To submit a Changes To Study request log into MyRecord.

You may need to request a change to your academic circumstances, such as:

  • Mode of attendance (moving from part-time to full-time or vice versa)
  • Course / pathway

Alternatively, you might find it necessary to interrupt your studies, or even withdraw altogether.

You should ensure that you have discussed your proposed change with the Course Director(s) involved.

You may also wish to seek careers advice from the Career Development team or Student Wellbeing Services to discuss the financial implications of any decision you make.
