The Politics and Global Sustainability programme are hosting Canterbury candidates to debate key issues ahead of May’s Kent County Council election.

Following last year’s successful General Election Hustings, this event is part of the University’s Making Politics Matter campaign, supporting local democracy.

Each candidate will be given a period of time to outline their party’s main policies, after which a question and answer session with the audience will follow.

The event is free and open to all, but booking is essential.
