Session 2 - Let the Games Begin!

A fun ice-breaker game amongst your peers, as well as the opportunity for a refreshment break.

Session 3 - Negligence: Professional Duty of Care

The lecture focuses on the topical issue of the standard of care required of medical practitioners in treating their patients. In particular, it discusses the tests that have been applied by the courts in deciding liability, the weaknesses of these tests and the current position of the law.
